Our Peer Networks Programme offers the opportunity to grow your business through a series of collaborative, confidential and inclusive workshops in small groups of other business leaders. Led by an experienced , expert facilitator, your group will meet regularly as part of an 18-hour innovative and exciting programme of action learning.
The programme also provides each participant with 3 hours of individual one to one support, with an expert business and leadership coach, tailored to their individual business needs.

Am I eligible?
Peer Networks is open to any small to medium size limited companies, with a minimum of 5 employees and a turnover of £100,000.
There are some eligibility criteria that our Growth Hub will discuss with you following you submitting the Enquiry Form. This is to ensure that you are placed into a peer group which matches you to like-minded peers with similar challenges and opportunities to get the most from the programme.
