Andy Gill, Founder and CEO or Ethics Leisure worked with CIRCLE Leadership to develop a recovery plan during the COVID-19 pandemic and set a growth plan for the future. Andy is a former professional footballer with over 25 years experience working within the health and fitness industry, working with some of the UK & Irelands largest health & fitness brands and more recently working with market leader international health and fitness organisations.

Andy and the team at Ethics Leisure have since moved into a new dedicated headquarters site in Macclesfield with a customer showroom, increased warehouse and distribution, offices and gym.
