CIRCLE Leadership are proud to have been appointed as delivery partner for Lancashire's Business Growth Hub to deliver an innovative business support programme. The growth hub is calling for businesses based in Lancashire to register interest now for the new Boost Business Owners business and leadership development programme, which launches in March 2023 and is fully-funded. The programme is designed to support organisations in bolstering productivity and future growth.
The Lancashire Boost Business Owners Network programme is designed to give local business leaders the advice they need from trusted sources within a peer group and give them the opportunity to collaboratively work through common business issues through interactive action learning.
Each session will provide members of the cohort with feedback and the knowledge and insight they need to implement practical solutions to overcoming current challenges or recognise, and act on new business opportunities. Individual one-to-one support (coaching, mentoring, or advice) will also be provided to help to implement and manage change.
