Ivan Anketell-Clifford, owner and managing director at leading Cheshire based Qualkem, recently completed the UK Government's innovative Peer Networks programme. The programme was delivered by CIRCLE Leadership on behalf of the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership as part of the COVID-19 recovery business support initiatives.
For 50 years Qualkem products have been a manufacturing business in Cheshire. They are a leading partner for Chemical Product Innovation and Manufacturing, Branding and Distribution. From their HQ in Crewe, Cheshire, they supply a diverse customer base, from blue chip companies and national brands to individual sole traders and like-minded innovators. These include well-known brands like Mercedes-Benz, Rowenta, Portakabin Rentokil-Initial and more.
Ivan found that the support of the facilitator, CIRCLE Leadership's managing director, Mark Bayley-Smyth, and the other business leaders on his programme, he was able to focus on a plan for the next stage of business growth. The new 5-year plan, called 'Involve, Revise and Inspire', focusses on sustainable growth and developing the next generation of talent.
